1. Veranstalter 
Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist die kukki GmbH, Goerzallee 299, 14167 Berlin (im Folgenden „Veranstalter“ genannt). 

2. Teilnahme 
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und erfolgt durch das Scannen des QR-Codes am Messestand der kukki GmbH auf der Internorga 2025. Nach dem Scannen werden die Teilnehmer auf ein Online-Formular weitergeleitet, in das sie ihren Namen und ihre E-Mail-Adresse eingeben müssen. Durch die erfolgreiche Eintragung landen die Teilnehmer in einem virtuellen Lostopf. Das Gewinnspiel endet 20.03.2025 um 12:00 Uhr. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklären sich die Teilnehmer mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen einverstanden. 

3. Teilnahmeberechtigung und Ausschluss
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Personen ab 18 Jahren mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland. Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeiter der kukki GmbH sowie deren Angehörige. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen, wenn diese gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen verstoßen oder versuchen, das Gewinnspiel zu manipulieren. Pro Person ist nur eine einmalige Teilnahme möglich. 

4. Gewinn 
Zu gewinnen gibt es eine (1) von fünf (5) kukki Cocktail 12er Mix Boxen. Die Gewinne sind nicht übertragbar. 

5. Keine Barauszahlung und Rechtsweg 
Eine Barauszahlung oder ein Umtausch der Gewinne ist ausgeschlossen. Der Rechtsweg ist ebenfalls ausgeschlossen. 

6. Gewinnermittlung und -benachrichtigung
Die Gewinner werden per Zufallsziehung unter allen gültigen Teilnehmern ermittelt. Die Ziehung findet am 21.03.2025 nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels statt. Die Gewinner werden über die Instagram Story von @kukkicocktail bekanntgegeben. Zusätzlich erhalten die Gewinner eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail mit weiteren Informationen zur Gewinnabwicklung. Sollte sich ein Gewinner innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach der Benachrichtigung nicht melden, verfällt der Gewinn und es wird ein neuer Gewinner ermittelt. 

7. Datenschutz
Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe von personenbezogenen Daten (Name und E-Mail Adresse) erforderlich. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet. Die Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben und nach Abschluss des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. 8. Verantwortlicher
Diese Promotion steht in keiner Verbindung zu Internorga Messe und wird in keiner Weise von durch diese gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Sämtliche Fragen, Kommentare oder Beschwerden zum Gewinnspiel sind direkt an die kukki GmbH zu richten. 

9. Anwendbares Recht
Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

2. Participation
Participation in the competition is free. Participation in the competition takes place via the Facebook and Instagram chronicles of kukki Cocktail. A requirement for participation is to leave a comment. The end time of the competition is stated in the respective post on Facebook or Instagram. The competition always ends on the specified day at 11:59 p.m. CET. Participation in the raffle does not entail any obligation to use certain services or to consent to advertising measures. By participating, the participant declares his or her agreement with the rules of the raffle.

3. Eligible Entrants and Exclusions
All fans of kukki cocktail who are 18 years of age or older and are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees and relatives of kukki Cocktail are excluded from participation. kukki GmbH has the right to exclude participants from the raffle who violate the rules of the game, manipulate the raffle or attempt to do so. Only one entry per person is possible.

4. Profit
The current profit is always displayed on the Facebook and Instagram page.

5. No cash alternative and legal process
The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The legal process is excluded.

6. Entry Deadline, Prize Notification and Transfer
The draw ends at 23:59 CET on the specified day. The winner will be determined by drawing lots from among all participants in the raffle who have declared their participation within the raffle period and who are entitled to participate. The winner will be determined on the same day as the participation period expires. The winner will then be marked in the comment section of the competition entry and informed of the prize. If the participant does not respond within 1 working day after being asked twice, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited and the prize can be transferred to another participant who will also be drawn by lot.

7. Release
The winner gives his or her express consent for kukki GmbH to mark him or her as the winner of the competition on the kukki Cocktail website.

8. Use of Personal Information
No personal data of the participants will be collected as part of the competition.

9. Controller
This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook / Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be sent directly to kukki GmbH and not to Facebook or Instagram. kukki GmbH indemnifies Facebook and Instagram from all damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) resulting from claims relating to the competition (in particular its publication and organization).

10. Governing Law
The competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
